I am very impressed by the quality of the instructors and the classes. They are very caring and they take you wherever the level of your skills is. It is personalized and it is a nice place for me to come and settle down once a week. Kung Fu is an amazing practice that mixes combat with mindfulness. Chris and Melissa are both very compassionate and want to allow us to become better versions of ourselves by challenging us a bit more than our comfort zone, and those days that we don't feel like being challenged, they just support us and allow us to be where we are at without judgment. They have many years of training which makes the quality of their lessons exceptional. I highly recommend this school. Maybe I should not recommend them so I can keep them to myself but honestly, they are amazing and you will not be disappointed.

Not only practicing Kung Fu helps you in good shape, but most importantly I found the philosophy taught by Chris and Melissa helps me build good relationship with everyone.
